Of course there are a few rules to submit recipes – Please READ THEM carefully if you want your recipe published!

1. No illegal or offensive content.

2. The article must be your own OR have an attribution that includes a link to the original site it was found on.

3. You are allowed ONE link within your recipe to your own site and a short (2-3 sentence) bio at the end of your recipe with one link.

4. Your submission MUST be an herbal, aromatherapy or other natural recipe or formula. This can include food recipes if they have a specific benefit to health and well-being – no exceptions.

5. Your submission must be informative and accurate – if you write an ‘infomercial’, it will not be approved!

6. Your submission must be clear, concise and grammatically correct.

7. Be sure to include your name and email (email won’t be visible to site visitors) or your submission will not be approved.

8. Please put a link to the Natural Home Medicine Blog (http://www.naturalhomemedicine.com) somewhere on your site or in your blog roll – we would really appreciate it!

9. Although we will submit your article page to several social media sites after it is published, we HIGHLY recommend that you come back and use the buttons on the post to ‘like’ your article, tweet about it and submit it to your favorite social sites.
